Enable tides for a spot to see nearby predicted high and low tides, their times and available heights. Use them alongside the wind forecast when planning a fishing, paddling or boating outing.

Choose knots, mph, km/h or m/s for wind, Celsius or Fahrenheit for temperature, and a 12- or 24-hour clock. Set quiet hours to pause notifications when you want.
Choose your location
Search for a place or drop a map pin. Location permission is optional. Forecasts come from Open-Meteo; tide predictions come from WorldTides, where coverage is available.
Tide predictions describe nearby predicted water levels, not live measurements, local currents or water depth at your exact pin. Forecasts and notifications depend on data availability and connectivity.

What is free, and what needs Pro?
Free includes one saved spot and today's wind forecast. Pro adds multiple spots, extended planning, automatic alerts, monitoring and additional conditions. Eligible users can try Pro for 14 days with no payment and no automatic charge. Current prices and eligibility are shown in the app.
Are these live wind readings?
No. Wind Ready uses weather-model forecasts and periodic forecast checks. It is designed to help you plan. A notification does not confirm the measured wind at your spot, and forecasts can change after an alert.
Does Wind Ready include tide information?
Yes. Nearby high and low tide predictions, times and available heights are provided where supported. Tide information adds context; it is not a tide-based alert rule or navigation service.
What do I need for alerts?
An iPhone with iOS 16.4 or later, Pro access, notification permission and an internet connection. Quiet hours, device settings and delivery services can affect when alerts arrive. The app is available in English.
