Planning information
Wind Ready helps you plan around forecast wind conditions and your chosen rules. A matching window does not mean that conditions are safe. Forecasts, maps and tide estimates may differ from actual conditions. Check official warnings, local observations and conditions before acting. Wind Ready is not an emergency warning service.
Notifications
Notification timing depends on forecast updates, scheduled checks, device permission, connectivity and platform delivery. Notifications may be delayed, silenced or fail.
Pro access and subscriptions
Any free preview offered without an App Store purchase does not automatically charge you. Paid plans, prices, billing periods and any introductory offer are shown before purchase. App Store subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple manages payment, renewal and cancellation. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings and restore eligible purchases in Wind Ready.
Acceptable use
Use Wind Ready lawfully. Do not bypass access controls, misuse the service or redistribute third-party provider data contrary to its licence.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian consumer guarantees.
