Account deletion

Open Wind Ready, go to Settings, then choose Delete account. This removes your saved spots, alerts, monitoring history and account data. Deleting your Wind Ready account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Before contacting support

• Check that notification permission is enabled in iPhone Settings.
• Confirm the app shows your preferred wind units and time format.
• Include the app version and a description of what happened. Do not email passwords or payment-card details.
